Summer Challenge Official Rules

The studio will have a dedicated sign-up process for the challenge when students arrive. Track your progress with stars on our in-studio board.
Open to all active students & staff at Trinity during the challenge period (August 1–31, 2025). Participants must have a valid Fitdegree account.

Earn Stars By:

• Attending any class at Trinity: Class check-ins count including drop-ins, series, workshops, open pole, privates, room rentals, and parties. Up to 2 class-related activities per day may earn stars, regardless of type.

• Posting an Instagram story tagging Trinity: Stories must be original content and relate to pole dancing or Trinity Pole Studio in some way. Earn 1 star per day, up to a maximum of 10 stars for the challenge.

• Spending $20+ on retail at Trinity: Earn 1 star for every $20 spent (pre-tax).

• Preordering Hawt Twirl Summer special merchandise: Earn 1 star (limit 1 per person).

• Leaving a Google or Yelp review for Trinity: Earn 1 star per platform (limit 1 per base). Must be a new review posted during August 2025.

• Book a Pole Party at Trinity: Earn stars and have a great time with your friends! Earn 1 star for every pole party purchase and booking in 2025. Earn 1 star for every pole party booked during August for any remaining 2025 party date

• Bringing a friend to an August Beginner Workshop or Pole Jam at Trinity: Earn 1 star per new student. Multiple new students may earn multiple stars in one day

Multiple stars can be earned in a single day through different activities. The more stars you earn, the more milestone prizes you'll unlock, and the more entries you'll get into our grand raffle!

Milestone Prizes:

Every 10 stars you earn gets you a prize and a raffle entry!

• 10 Stars: $5 Trinity Gift Card

• 20 Stars: $10 Trinity Gift Card

• 30 Stars: $20 Trinity Gift Card

• 40 Stars: $50 Trinity Gift Card

• 50 Stars: Discounted 3-month VIP Membership (SAVE $350!)

• 60+ Stars: No additional milestone prizes, but you'll continue to earn additional raffle entries for every 10 stars!

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the final prize package is dependent on the winner’s total star count and prize selections.

Challenge Rules:

• Stars are awarded for each individual class check-ins, maximum 2 per day.

• Stars for social media posts are limited to 1 per day, up to a total of 10.

• Social media stories are subject to eligibility by Trinity Pole Studio staff.

• Stars for retail purchases are awarded at a rate of 1 star per $20 spent (pre-tax).

• Only one star can be earned for preordering special merchandise.

• Only one star can be earned per Google or Yelp review.

• Bring a friend stars are exclusively for new students who have not previously attended Trinity.

• Canceled registrations will not earn stars. No retroactive stars for missed or unbooked sessions. No-shows or late cancellations do not count toward attendance.

• Stars are awarded for qualifying activities performed within the timeline from 8/1/25-8/31/25.

Prize Rules:

• Milestone prizes are awarded as stars are earned throughout the challenge.

• Raffle winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at the end of the challenge.

• Hawt Twirl Summer Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

• Discounted 3-month VIP memberships are 33% off.

Tracking & Disputes:

• Stars are tracked by students in the studio and audited automatically through our booking system.

• It is the participant's responsibility to ensure registrations and activities are properly recorded.

• Any disputes or discrepancies must be reported by August 31st, 2025.

Additional Terms:

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• All prizes must be claimed by September 30, 2025, unless otherwise stated.

• Discounts or promo codes offered during the challenge cannot be combined with other promotions or applied retroactively.

Code of Conduct:

• Participants must follow studio policies and maintain a respectful and supportive atmosphere during the challenge.

• Trinity reserves the right to disqualify participants for violating studio rules or engaging in disruptive behavior.

• Discounted 3-month VIP Membership must be purchased within six (6) months of the 50 star collection.

Changes & Cancellations:

• Trinity reserves the right to modify challenge rules, prizes, or policies at any time.

• Any changes will be communicated via email and posted in the studio.

Taxes

• Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to Trinity Pole Studio, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported to the IRS as required by law. 

• Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein.
