Ready to take your dance off the floor and into the air? In this series, we will work on building strength and confidence in dancing up the pole. Each week will take you through a targeted warm-up, conditioning, and climbing technique. Then, we’ll play with a combo that will take you up the pole, into a sit or hold, and back down to the ground. Throughout the series, we will play with basic, bracket, and side climbs.
This is a great class for students who want to spend more time working on climbing, whether you’re still working on that first climb or wanting to hone your technique to find more confidence and flow as you climb.
What to wear: You will need pole shorts or sticky leggings and a shirt that allows access to your arm skin for bracket climbing.
Prerequisites: Pole 101 or equivalent
