Class 1: January 26
Class 2: February 2
Class 3: February 9
This 3-week series is a focused exploration of Dynamic Basework — a technical movement system centered on moving efficiently and expressively between the floor and the low pole.
We’ll build and refine a choreography that weaves together spins, slides, rolls, low-pole shapes, and intentional pathways, emphasizing both power and control in every transition.
Throughout the series, you’ll explore how to:
Generate momentum through level changes
Carry energy seamlessly through transitions
Sustain a continuous flow of movement — even as direction and dynamics shift
Pre-reqs:
Comfortable with shoulder rolls, shoulder stands & variations.
Cleared to take Intermediate+ level classes
Preferred:
Some handstand and/or forearm stand experience
What to wear: Leg warmers, socks + knee pads, shorts, layers with shoulder covered recommended
