1 Hour Backbend Series or drop in


Instructor: Sara

Schedule: Tuesdays from 6:00-7:00 PM, beginning July 22 and ending on August 26.

This one-hour class will focus on safely increasing your back flexibility and strength. The course will focus on your core, moving into a full backbend bridge and safely protecting your back at the end with core foundations. Modifications will be available and props will be utilized.

No Pre-requisites

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

Pass Required: 60 minutes drop in single

Recording: This class allows dance recordings!
