1 Hour Splits Series or Drop-In

Schedule: 6-week series on Sundays from 4:00-5:00 PM, beginning June 1 and ending on July 6.

  • Class 1: June 1

  • Class 2: June 8

  • Class 3: June 15

  • Class 4: June 22

  • Class 5: June 29

  • Class 6: July 6

This 1 hr class will take you through functional strengthening and stretching movements to build your splits. Students will have the opportunity to grow and watch their progress on their splits.

No Pre-requisites

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

Pass Required: 6 weeks one-hour series or 60 minutes drop in single

Recording: This class allows dance recordings!
