1 Hour Splits Series or Drop-In

Schedule: 6-week series or drop-in on Tuesdays from 7:15-8:15 PM, beginning July 14 and ending on August 11.

  • Class 1: July 14

  • Class 2: July 21

  • Class 3: July 21

  • Class 4: July 28

  • Class 5: August 4

  • Class 6: August 11

This 1 hr class will take you through functional strengthening and stretching movements to build your splits. Students will have the opportunity to grow and watch their progress on their splits.

No Pre-requisites

To ensure an uninterrupted experience for all students, doors will lock 5 minutes after class begins. Please arrive on time to secure your spot!

Pass Required:6 weeks one-hour series or 60 minutes drop in single

Recording: This class allows dance recordings!
