Exploring texture and dynamic flow from the ground up. Ready to spice up your dance flow—without the dizzying effects of spin pole?
This class focuses on dynamic, grounded movement using static rotation techniques that bring fresh energy to the combos you already know and love.
You’ll learn how to generate momentum close to the ground by using body positioning, technique, and just a touch of physics to better understand how to create fluid, continuous motion on a static pole.
Whether you're dancing low or looking to incorporate these concepts into higher aerial work, this class will give you practical tools to enhance your flow and make your movement feel more dynamic and expressive.
Perfect for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of static pole and add new textures to their dance vocabulary.
Prerequisites: basic climb, side climb, pole sit (with one hand), sad girl sit, brass sit, cradle, apprentice, brass sit.
Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
Pass Required: 3 Week Series
Recording: This class allows dance recordings!
