Down Bad For Floor Travel WORKSHOP

Instructor: Suzie

Get low and learn to own the floor in this practical and sensual Workshop! We're breaking down the art of crawls, slithers, rolls, and all things floor travel. This is a perfect workshop for students who want to feel more fluid and expressive in their floorwork, or anyone who has ever felt unsure about what to do once they find the ground and want to move.

This class will explore a variety of floor movement techniques, such as different styles of crawls while keeping your knees safe, sensual directional low flow patterns, and a short combo of movements to go from here to there to incorporate into your dance. Come get down with us to layer floor travel into your dance practice!
