Intro to Handstand Workshop

Instructor: Jewel

This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you build the strength, balance, and confidence to kick up into a handstand with ease. We’ll break down the fundamentals—alignment, core engagement, and safe progressions—while also exploring forearm stand as a wrist-friendly variation that builds shoulder strength and balance.

Throughout the class, we'll incorporate key conditioning drills to develop the core and upper body strength needed for inversions, helping you build a sustainable handstand practice from the ground up.

Prerequisite: Healthy, pain-free wrists. No prior inversion experience necessary.

*To ensure an uninterrupted experience for all students, doors will lock 5 minutes after class begins. Please arrive on time to secure your spot!

Pass Required: Specialty Workshop
