Instead of focusing on moves, combos, and choreo, experience dance as the pleasure of movement. Linger in the transitions, get lost in stretch and play, and enjoy dance as the journey.
This class will feature group exercises on transition space, with small and large movements and reactions. Questions to think through include “How am I moving? Where am I flowing? What are the changes and shifts in my body, both physically and emotionally?”
Prerequisites: Pole or Boudoir 101 series completion.
To ensure an uninterrupted experience for all students, doors will lock 5 minutes after class begins. Please arrive on time to secure your spot!
