Shoulder Stand Flex WORKSHOP

No cold shoulders here. This workshop is your invitation to explore pole assisted shoulder stands, shapes, and transitions.

With a focus on control and intentional movement, we’ll break down entries, discover shapes, and practice smooth exits so you leave with elevated poses that feel grounded.

If you’re ready to take your hips high and your confidence even higher, this shoulder stand workshop is for you.

Attire: Kneepads recommended, Leg grip needed, please consider wearing shorts, Heels optional

Prerequisites: Forward & backward shoulder roll, Shoulder stand plow, Shoulder stall (okay for feet to be on ground), Horizontal Jasmine, Healthy shoulders

To ensure an uninterrupted experience for all students, doors will lock 5 minutes after class begins. Please arrive on time to secure your spot!
