With a focus on control and intentional movement, we’ll break down entries, discover shapes, and practice smooth exits so you leave with elevated poses that feel grounded.

Attire: Kneepads recommended, Leg grip needed, please consider wearing shorts, Heels optional
Prerequisites: Forward & backward shoulder roll, Shoulder stand plow, Shoulder stall (okay for feet to be on ground), Horizontal Jasmine, Healthy shoulders
