Ready to take your dance off the floor and into the air? Whether you’re still working on that first climb or wanting to hone your technique to find more confidence and ease, this workshop is for you!
In this workshop, we will work on targeted conditioning to build strength and confidence in your pole climb. We’ll play with entrances and exits, as well as climbing on static and spin pole.
What to wear: You will need pole shorts or sticky leggings and a shirt that allows access to your arm skin for bracket climbing.
Prerequisites: Pole 101 or equivalent
Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
