Velvety, grab, jagged, caress, heat - what part do touch, texture and temperature hold in your dance? We will dive in and explore these concepts and more!

Following a Boudoir style warm-up, this workshop will focus on the intentional and sensual exploration of different textures, both physical and conceptual. Exploration movement exercises will offer a playful and alluring approach to touch, moving beyond just the pole itself to incorporate fabrics, body sensations, and the touch of our skin. You will learn how to use touch as a key element of your dance, creating a more intimate and expressive flow.

Bring: layers! Think cozy sweater, silky robe, mesh fishnets, oversized hoodie, snuggly leg warmers. Wear something underneath that makes you feel sexy! No stripping necessary.

Prerequisites: Completed Pole 101 or Boudoir 101. Comfortable with movement exploration, some Boudoir experience recommended.

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
