This 4 class series focuses on the essential principles of floorwork, teaching you how to push, pull, slide and harness gravity for powerful and fluid motion on the floor. We'll build strenth as we dive into engaging movement phrases designed to be both fun and adaptable, perfect for integrating into your own freestyle or dancing on their own.
Recommended: Layers to cover arms & legs, knee pads or legwarmers, sock.
Prerequisite: Boudoir 101, Pole 101, or similar
Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.
