Join for the full series or choose your week and bring the technical skills that already feel good in your body to explore Boudoir-style Dance.
Boudoir-style Dance is a freestyle movement using moves your body knows and loves in a way that feels good for you!
Each week will focus on a specific technical skill. We begin with an integrated warm-up that blends flow with essential physical preparation, followed by group exercises designed to encourage your intuitive movement incorporating the skill of the week. We end the class with individual Boudoir-style dances, allowing you to integrate the skill into your own unique expression.
Week 1 (July 20th) Integrated Flow - Climbs: Climb into your Boudoir-style Dance, using your climbing skills to access the boundaries of your freestyle. Prerequisite - comfortable with at least one climbing technique.
Week 2 (July 27th) Integrated Flow - Heels: Integrate your love of Heels into Boudoir-style Dance and glide your way into your freestyle. Prerequisite - comfortable dancing in Heels.
Week 3 (August 3rd) Integrated Flow - Spin Pole: Ride the momentum of your Spin Pole to seamlessly transform your Boudoir-style Dance and enhance your freestyle. Prerequisite - comfortable dancing on Spin Pole.
Series Bonus: At the end of the 3-week series, we will be offering a special Pure Boudoir drop-in class! Students who sign up for the full series or any individual weekly class will receive 15% off this drop-in.
To ensure an uninterrupted experience for all students, doors will lock 5 minutes after class begins. Please arrive on time to secure your spot!
