1 Hour Backbend Series or drop in

Schedule: Series or drop in on Sundays from 2:00-3:00 PM, beginning July 19 and ending on August 23.

  • Class 1: July 19

  • Class 2: July 26

  • Class 3: August 2

  • Class 4: August 9

  • Class 5: August 16

  • Class 6: August 23

This one-hour class will focus on safely increasing your back flexibility and strength. The course will focus on your core, moving into a full backbend bridge and safely protecting your back at the end with core foundations. Modifications will be available and props will be utilized.

No Pre-requisites

To ensure an uninterrupted experience for all students, doors will lock 5 minutes after class begins. Please arrive on time to secure your spot!

Pass Required:‍ ‍60 minutes drop in single

Recording: This class allows dance recordings!
