1 Hour Backbend Series or drop in

Schedule: Tuesdays from 6:00-7:00 PM, beginning October 28 and ending on December 2.

  • Class 1: October 28

  • Class 2: November 4

  • Class 3: November 11

  • Class 4: November 18

  • Class 5: November 25

  • Class 6: December 2

This one-hour class will focus on safely increasing your back flexibility and strength. The course will focus on your core, moving into a full backbend bridge and safely protecting your back at the end with core foundations. Modifications will be available and props will be utilized.

No Pre-requisites

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

Pass Required: 60 minutes drop in single

Recording: This class allows dance recordings!
