1 Hour Splits Series or Drop-In

Schedule: 6-week series or drop-in on Sundays from 3:00-4:00 PM, beginning November 9 and ending on December 14.

  • Class 1: November 9

  • Class 2: November 16

  • Class 3: November 23

  • Class 4: November 30

  • Class 5: December 7

  • Class 6: December 14

This 1 hr class will take you through functional strengthening and stretching movements to build your splits. Students will have the opportunity to grow and watch their progress on their splits.

No Pre-requisites

Doors will lock at the start of class. Please plan accordingly and arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

Pass Required: 6 weeks one-hour series or 60 minutes drop in single

Recording: This class allows dance recordings!
