Get ready to take your spinning pole skills to the next level with our Intermediate Spinning Pole Series!
In this class, you will learn how to execute more advanced spinning pole tricks and combos, including leg variations, aerial combinations, and dynamic spins. You will also have the opportunity to explore more complex transitions and flow sequences, as well as build on your strengths.
This class is perfect for intermediate level pole dancers who are looking to expand their skills and push their limits. Example spins/poses learned in this series include Ballerina, Vortex, Baby Snake, Baby Bird, Apprentice, and more!
Prerequisites for this series: Meet one of the following:
1. Have taken Spinning Pole Basic Level series
2. Took more than 6-10 basic spinning pole drop-in or series classes (Flow State or Basic Spinning Pole drop-in)
3. Currently in Intermediate Spins class.
4. Get the Instructor's approval.
Self-evaluation:
1. Comfortable with dancing and staying on spin pole for 1 minute.
2. Able to do the following on spin pole: Float into climb (basic climb & side climb), Extended Pole Sit (scissor sit), Pin-Up Pose on forearm bracket, Forearm suspension (floating in the air with forearm bracket, legs off pole)
To ensure an uninterrupted experience for all students, doors will lock 5 minutes after class begins. Please arrive on time to secure your spot!
