Show the floor who's boss! In this series students will learn the techniques and skills needed to land drops in a safe and confident way. Students will practice drills and new dynamic combinations each week, focusing on drop landings that are intentional, controlled, and powerful.
Kneepads required
8” closed-toe heels strongly recommended
Prerequisites (in heels):
•Completion of basic heels (or equivalent) + strong understanding of platform utilization is required
•Horizontal Jasmine
•Strong hold fankick // Controlled pole crunches
•Split grip float
•Angel spin // Comfortable in reverse split grip
•Backward shoulder roll
•Healthy knees and wrists
To ensure an uninterrupted experience for all students, doors will lock 5 minutes after class begins. Please arrive on time to secure your spot!
Pass Required: 6 Week Series or Standard Drop-In
